V3 travel Reducer Install Instructions
Tools Needed
- 14mm wrench
- 30mm Travel reducer (Supplied with your 2025 Santa Cruz Blur)

STEP 1: REMOVE ACTUATOR
Ensure the post at 50% of its max extension. Using your 14mm wrench, unthread the actuator (17) from the lower tube (13) counter clockwise. Once the actuator is loose from the lower tube, Slide the lower tube up the upper tube (1) at least 30mm.
STEP 2: INSTALL TRAVEL REDUCER
Using the cut out on the travel reducer, slide the travel reducer onto the cartridge (15) just between the top of the actuator (17) and the bottom of the lower tube (13). Slide the lower tube back down until it bottoms out on the actuator, ensuring the reducer is centered and fits into the lower tube smoothly.
STEP 3: INSTALL ACTUATOR
Using your 14mm wrench, tighten the actuator (15) to the lower tube (13) to 3Nm. extend post and ensure function is correct.
Congratulations, you have now successfully completed the V3 Dropper Travel Reducer Installation.
