Customer Service Assistant 

Our C.S team handles emails from OneUp customers around the world. We answer questions, provide warranty support and tackle the full spectrum of customer service logistics on a global scale. We’re a tightly knit crew of thoughtful people and we’re looking to grow our team. Sound good? Keep reading.

We’re looking to add new CSAs to our Squamish team. If you have a passion for solving problems, strong communication skills on the keyboard and get satisfaction from helping people, this job could be for you. 

Expectations of the role and abilities required.

  • Computer literacy; Google-suite 
  • Full-time screen time based work
  • Typing speed 50 WPM+
  • Detail oriented, ability to learn and retain technical systems
  • Experience working on cloud-based platforms 
  • CRM software experience an asset 
  • Bicycle shop experience, customer facing or bicycle mechanic is a strong asset.
  • Service writing experience is preferred due to the cross over between mechanical knowledge & customer service, though not mandatory.
  • Written English, spelling and grammar excellence, being bilingual is an asset.
  • Positive outlook, solution minded 
  • Methodical and organized
  • Working within a team focused on output, process efficiency and collaboration
  • Keen to develop a hands-on understanding of OneUp Components
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and sometimes distracting environment
  • Comfortable taking on tasks to assist different departments within the company.
  • Legal working status in Canada

Workload and Compensation

  • Consistent, Full-time, year-round work 
  • On-site in Squamish
  • 8hr/day with a 30min paid lunch break
  • Work 9 out of 10 business days in a two week period
  • Compensation is salaried, $44,000-47,000/year depending on Qualification
  • A comprehensive extended health and dental benefit plan is included following a 3-month probation period including an annual bonus.
