OneUp Free Shipping; up to 5-6 business days
via FedEx & UPS Ground or Canada Post for P.O Boxes
OneUp Express Shipping; 1-3 days business days
via FedEx Express (not available for P.O boxes)
Shipping notes
Every Canadian order is packed and shipped by our team of riders at our headquarters in Squamish BC with maximum care and minimal waste.
- All orders placed/confirmed by 10am PST will generally ship the same day
- Orders placed after 10am PST on Fridays, will generally ship the following Monday
- Orders to P.O boxes must ship with Canada Post
- OneUp does not ship on BC Holidays
Tracking your order
Check the tracking number link in the shipping confirmation order we sent you - Search your inbox for "OneUp Components Shipping Confirmation (order #)"
Tracking numbers may take up to 24hrs to become activated once you receive your shipping confirmation email.
Changing or cancelling your order
We try and ship out your OneUp order fast, so if you need to request a change/cancellation, reply to your order confirmation email adding URGENT to the subject line along with your request and we will do our best to catch it before it ships.

If your order has already shipped we cannot change or cancel the order.
