Every order to the U.S is packed and shipped by our team of riders at our headquarters in Squamish BC Canada. Orders are packed with maximum care and minimal waste.
Shipping Time Estimates
Canada Post Xpresspost: Coastal BC 1-2 days, across Canada 3-4 days
FedEx Ecomony Express: Coastal BC 1-2 days, across Canada 3-4 days
Shipping Notes & FAQ
Their are no duties on Canadian orders as we fufill and ship from our headquarters in Squamish, British Columbia.
Orders confirmed by 10 AM PST generally ship on the same day. Express orders receive priority, resulting in same-day shipment in the majority of cases.
Orders placed after 10 AM PST on Fridays, will ship the following Monday in the majority of cases.
Orders to P.O boxes must ship with Canada Post. The southern Columbia Valley and Crownest Pass areas of south-east B.C are not serviced by UPS or FedEx and must ship using Canada Post.
OneUp is closed and does not ship on BC Holidays.
Tracking your Order
Check the tracking number link in the shipping confirmation order we sent you - Search your inbox for "Get Stoked - Your OneUp order #XXXX is on the way [Tracking number attached]"
Please note, tracking numbers may take up to 24hrs to become activated once you receive your shipping confirmation email.
Changing or Cancelling your Order
We try and ship out your OneUp order fast, so if you need to request a change/cancellation, reply to your order confirmation email adding URGENT to the subject line along with your request and we will do our best to catch it before it ships.
