V2. 1 Dropper Rebuild
"Online instructions were absolutely fantastic. One minor nit: the upper flange on the seal of the new midcap assembly is far too skimpy to contain the spring retainer. The old one was 2-3x more substantial."

"A straightforward rebuild with this kit and my dropper is like new again. After wasting too many months fiddling with it, I should have purchased this right away and avoided so many "hacks" trying to keep it working! This rebuild kit is easy and does the job. . . thanks OneUp"
"I had an issue (my fault) with the part and OneUp without question quickly sent out a new one to me. Amazing components but also excellent customer service."
"It's like a new dropper again !!!!"
"I should start this review by saying I am a one-up customer for life. I bought this rebuild kit in an attempt to save a dropper post that not even the bike shop could save. OneUp sent me a replacement dropper post which I put on another bike. I figured why not heat the post up with an acetylene torch and see if I could rebuild it since I had nothing to lose. After some redneck ingenuity, I was able to unseize the post from the housing. Turns out one of the brass guide rods had slid out and wedged itself between the channels, stopping the post from functioning as intended. I rebuilt the dropper post with this kit and everything works except when I lift my saddle with my hand (trying to lift the bike), the post comes up. Aside from that, I was able to bring the dropper post back to life and am back on trail. I still provided a five-star review because the customer service that I received was probably the best that I have ever experienced. Two bike shops deemed the post KIA and after how much I heated it up with a torch, it is actually pretty badass that this thing still works. Since then, OneUp has been my go-to component supplier for top notch everything!"
"The new SKF wipers/seals, are tighter than those on the older kit, making them a lot harder to install. Yes they probably are more effective as wipers, but the change made the install way more of PITA for a garage mechanic. This being said, I'd buy again."
"Improved sealing surface. See pictures (Rt seal assembly new in each pic). Internal rubber grooves are different also. I had to remove the small metal spring, slide it over seatpost stanchion first, then follow with the remaining lubed seal unit/midcap assembly to get it on. The seal slipped on with the assistance of some paper aswell to prevent the seal lip from folding under. Metal spring returns to assembly/seal with ease. No tool needed."
"Made my post work like new and was easy to install"
"Canadian. Quality. Unbeatable customer service."
"Works as advertised. Would be nice to include the little washer at the bottom of the cartridge however customer service added one in my next order."
