Does my V1 multi tool fit in the V2 tool?
The V1 multi tool is completely compatible with the V2 EDC tool system. Please keep in mind that the V1 chainbreaker is not compatible with the V2 EDC tool system.
Do you sell single replacement plug forks?
We do not have the plug fork as a single item, but it is available in the Plug kit that comes with a couple extra sets of bacon strips.
What is the thread pitch and diameter of the tap kit?
The thread pitch and diameter is a prorietary size designed to fit steerer tubes perfectly. Beyond our tap kit, you will not be able to find that size tap.
Where is the chainbreaker on my multitool?
The first version of the multi tool had a chainbreaker in it, so you may see videos online showing that. Unfortunately it was not compatible with 12speed chains. Because of this, we removed the chainbreaker from the multitool and created the plug and plier add on kit. These pliers fit into the large storage capsule and are compatible with all chains.
Where is the valve core tool?
The valve core removal tool is a bit of a hidden gem. It's found at the end of the chain breaker. It is the slot that the chain pin is pushed out into. To use it you need to first rotate the chainbreaker on the tire lever, using your T25 in the multi tool. Then, using the 3mm hex in the multi tool, back off the chain pin. You can then fit that slot over your valve stem and unthread or tighten it.

"I originally posted a review about my EDC tool getting permanently stuck in my EDC 70cc pump due to trail moisture and loose bolts. OneUp’s rider support (Tom) reached out immediately with helpful extraction steps. When the tool proved to be completely fused, they didn't hesitate to issue a full warranty replacement. Absolute world-class customer service from a fantastic brand. For anyone else mounting this pump to their frame, their tech support gave me three excellent tips to prevent the tool from seizing up: Dry it out: Pull the tool completely out of the pump handle after wet rides or bike washes to let trapped condensation evaporate. Lube the tool: Put a quick spot of light oil or chain lube on the multi-tool pivot pins to prevent corrosion. Check the bolts: Check the small side bolts on the multi-tool chassis every few months to make sure they haven't vibrated loose, which can cause the tool to expand and jam inside the pump wall. Kudos to OneUp for standing behind their products so thoroughly."

"This is the second EDC tool I've bought and probably the tenth Oneup product I've bought. I bought this EDC tool because it's worked great on my trail bike, and I wanted to put one on my enduro bike. It's a set-it-and-forget-it thing, which is genuinely what you want when it comes to bike parts. It's tucked away and essentially invisible until you need it and it has everything you need to save your day. "This tool kit replaced 3 others I had on the bike! It was too tight for my DVO Onyx 38, so I had to use a hand file to thin out the bottom section in order to get it into my steerer tube. Also had to file the bottom section of the plastic tool a bit to get it to fit as well. A little work to get it to fit, but we'll worth it. Would buy this again!!!"

- What is the separate rubber piece that came with the edc v2 tool it was zip tied to the packaging. It does not seem to fit on the tool, is black and is notched or serrated around the outside of the piece.
- Hey Mike, this is an anti-rattle washer! It is designed to be used when installing the V2 EDC Tool in a Fox 38 with the Threaded Top Cap. It is worth keeping around if you notice any rattling show up when using your V2 tool.
- 2024 trek top fuel 9.8 with one piece carbon bars and stem. Will the threadless EDC V2 fit my bike?

- Fox has been making running changess to the steerer tubes (all models of the 38), making them narrow more aggressively internally, higher up. For the 2025 models (X2 dampers, etc), they made further changes further reducing compatibility, none of our EDC products work at this time.
- My EDC tool v2 wont come out. The plastic "gripper" that pulls the tool out comes off without the tool attached. How can I get this tool out and prevent this from happening again? I have a brand new Sight that hasn't even been on the trail yet.
