"Unfortunately my free hub star rachets only lasted about 10 rides before slipping. I will say One Up once notified recovered with 5 stars and Fedexed me the parts to where I was in Arizona. Apparently there was a bad batch of star rachets and I got a set. I was able to easily replace the faulty parts and was back in business within 5 days. So thanks to One Up for standing behind their products and quickly responding."
