JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Logistics Assistant supports the Warehouse Logistics Specialist and all aspects of warehouse operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, clear communication and great organizational skills.
In addition to a focus on administrative support, the Warehouse Logistics Assistant has warehouse tasks regularly (picking and packing orders, shipping platform processing & receiving)

SKILLS & ABILITIES NEEDED
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repeatable tasks
- Adaptability to changes in warehouse logistics processes
- High attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a positive outlook
- Comfortable working as part of a teamÂ
- Basic understanding of Google Sheets
- Typing 40+ words per minuteÂ
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of bicycle products is an asset
- Ability to lift and move up to 23kg pounds repeatedly, throughout the dayÂ

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESÂ Â
- Assist in daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, picking and packing
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of product
- Process shipments across multiple online platforms
- Ensure accurate order entry and timely dispatch of goodsÂ
- Assist with arranging, packing and scheduling transportation for larger account shipments and their special requirementsÂ
- Liaise with carriers to resolve issues related to shipments, customs and holds via emailÂ
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and reports
- Ensure compliance with export regulations as per OneUp operating procedures
- Provide feedback to improve logistics processes and ensure adherence to company policies
- Contribute in the upkeep of the facilityÂ

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Full-Time Role: 9 workdays every two weeks. Yes, that's 3-day weekends every other week.
- Hours: 8-hour workdays with a 30-minute paid lunch break
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 CAD per year, plus 4% holiday pay (10 days per year) and 11 BC statutory holidays
