Warranty


If you would like to submit a warranty request, please fill out the warranty form at the bottom of this page (below return form).

One Up Components is fundamentally based on having exceptional customer service. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Our top priority at Oneup is to get our customers back out on the trails as soon as possible. 

Our warranty policy is 1 year on all components except carbon bars & droppers. Carbon bars and droppers have a 2 year warranty. Warranties are only valid for the original owner.

Our Full Support OneUp Warranty:

If you have any issues with your components within our warranty period and we have you covered. Depending on what's happened to your OneUp Components this could mean we send you service parts free of charge, or complete replacement products. 

Did you just slam your brand new component into a rock or tree first ride? Email us with your info and the situation, we will cover it.

Something not quite right during installation? Not sure after a couple rides? Email us with your info and the situation and we will resolve any concerns.

Extended Warranty:

If you are the original purchaser of any OneUp components, but you are outside of our standard warranty, don't fret, email us with your information and the situation.

If it is something we have Identified as a manufacturing issue we will cover it. 

If it is crash related, email us with your information and the situation, we will get you a low cost crash replacement.

If your component is damaged due to lack of maintenance, just let us know. We can help with a low-cost discount code and we will help you find all the service documents for next time.


Returns


If you would like to submit a return request, please fill out the return form below.

We accept returns of any unused and unopened OneUp Component product within 30 days of the shipping date.  Original proof of purchase and unopened original packaging are required to authorize a return and a refund.

Note: Droppers that have been fitted in the frame cannot be returned.  Please use our dropper calculator to get the correct dropper size on the first try!

Looking to exchange a product? We have a simple 2 step process:  Submit a standard return request and place a new order for your preferred items. We will process that return and refund as timely as possible for you.

Freight damage:  If your product has been damaged during shipping please submit a shipping claim within 3 business days of receiving product.
