We’re not going to write a manifesto on what makes a great ambassador. If you need a checklist to figure out how to represent a brand, you’re probably not ready yet.

Sponsorship isn’t free swag for riding your bike; it’s work. You’re applying for a job to work with us. We look for riders who put in work on and off the trail: create solid content, give back to their local riding scene, compete at the highest level, and act as a brand ambassador for the gear they actually believe in.

If you already know who you are, the community you're part of, and how partnering with OneUp brings real value to both sides of the partnership, we want to hear from you.

What helps your application stand out:

  • Your Resume: Race results, career highlights, and why you want to represent OneUp.
  • The Proof: Clips, edits, published media, or social channels showing how you create and share the stoke.
  • A Solid Reference: A local bike shop owner, trail builder, coach, or seasoned rider who can vouch for your character.

We accept proposals from October 1st to January 31st.
